Additional Detials

  Deposit

  • A $500.00 deposit secures a wedding event date for the East Wing. A $200.00 deposit secures a wedding date for the West Wing.

  • If the wedding is less than 50 people, a $150.00 deposit is required.

  • All deposits will be applied to the final food and beverage bill.

  • Deposits are not refundable or transferable.

Cancellation Policy


  • Should cancellation be necessary; all deposits will be forfeited.

Minimum Billing


  • Saturday weddings between the months of April and December require a minimum attendance requirement of 250 people for the east wing to have the room rental charge waived.

  • There is no minimum number for events held in the west wing.

  • If the wedding is under the minimum number of guests, there will be a room rental charge. 

Menu Pricing


  • Prices are subject to increases. Expect a 5% to 7% increase in pricing per year.

  • Prices will be guaranteed 60 days prior to the wedding date.

Service and Tax


  • A service fee of 18% will be added to all food and beverage items.

  • In addition, the State of Wisconsin requires that a 5% tax be charged to all food, beverage and services.

Menu Selection and Numbers Estimation


  • At the time of ordering your wedding invitations, please make an appointment with Cobblestone Creek Management to finalize the menu, provide an estimation of guests that will be in attendance and the time of dinner.

  • 14 days prior to the wedding, confirm the number of guests that will be in attendance.

Confirmation on the Number of Guests


  • The number of guaranteed guests needs to be provided to Cobblestone Creek three days prior to your wedding.

  • Food will only be prepared for the number of guaranteed guests.

  • Final charges will be based on your guaranteed number or actual attendance, whichever is greater.

Food & Beverage


  • According to WI Administrative Code (DH & SS, Section 196.07) no food may be allowed in the facility from an outside source.

  • At the conclusion of the meal, all leftover food shall remain the property of Cobblestone Creek.

  • No food or beverage shall be removed from the premises.

Wedding Cake


  • The wedding cake must be supplied by a licensed baker according to WI Administrative Code (DH & SS, Section 196.07).
Payment

  • For your convenience we request payment on the food bill three days prior to your wedding when you confirm the number of guaranteed guests and bar/beverage payment three days after your wedding.

  • Payment must be made by cash, check, or money order.

  • Cash, check or money order prices are quoted; if paying with credit card, an additional 3.50% of the total bill will be added.

Entertainment


  • The entertainment must contact Cobblestone Creek three days prior to the wedding to arrange placement in the facility and discuss Cobblestone Creek policies and procedures.

  • Video shows can not exceed 10 minutes in length while guests are seated.

  • The client is responsible for the actions of the Band or DJ booked to entertain the event.

  • The Band or DJ must have all equipment completely out of the facility by 2:00 A.M. (if this is not possible, arrangements for them to pick up the equipment at 9:00 AM the following day can be made).

  • The volume of the music will be monitored by the Manager on duty.

Decorating


  • All decorations must be approved by Cobblestone Creek Management before being put in place. Certain candles are not permitted; the flame of the candle needs to be concealed.

  • Decorating may begin the Friday before at 12:00 noon for a Saturday wedding if there is no event scheduled Friday evening. If an event is scheduled Friday evening, decorating may begin at 9:00 AM on Saturday.

Lost Items


  • Cobblestone Creek will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left at Cobblestone Creek prior to, during or following your event.

  • This includes individual guests and vendors belongings.
